Do you make any Keto items?

Select items are Keto upon request and are made from a high quality Keto mix. If you have questions about the ingredients in the keto mix feel free to contact us.

Do you offer Gluten free items?

We do offer Gluten Free Items. Gluten-Free Items are made in a kitchen that has been cleaned from gluten residue. However, they are not made in a gluten-free facility.

Do you make any Vegan items?

Select items are Vegan upon request. These items maybe subject to additional charge due to substitutions and changes in ingredients.

Do you offer Dairy free items?

Select items can be made dairy free upon request. These items may be subject to additional charge due to substitutions and changes in ingredients.

Do you make any sugar free items?

Select items are sugar free upon request. We use sugar substitutes such as Monk Fruit.

How do I keep my purchases fresh?

In order to maintain freshness, products should be consumed within 5 days and stored in air tight container and or refrigerated.  If the items can't be consumed with within 5 days items can be frozen and are good for a month.

Disclaimers

Nuts

Although we offer items that are nut-free. They are not made in a nut free environment. We do take extra measures to reduce the risk of cross contamination.

Gluten

We offer gluten free items but they are not made in a gluten free facility. Like other allergens we do our best to eliminate the risk of cross contamination.

Payment

All payment is done online! Whether it be through the website or payment systems such as PayPal, Cash App, and Square.  It is done this way so that there is a paper trail. We understand that these systems can go down. We will do our best on our end to troubleshoot these issues.

Refunds

All orders are final!*

*Custom cakes and custom orders are available for refund under special circumstances. (See Custom Cakes)

Processing of Refunds

In the event a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued by electronic refund. Please remember we take forms of payment from many systems and refund duration may vary.

Clients Responsibility During Transport

If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable for damage once it has left the bakery. Please prep your car so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything to ensure a well-structured cake. Please remember that cakes are very fragile and break easily please drive carefully.

Cake Repairs

If a cake becomes damaged with no fault to the bakery there is a possibility for repair. This repair will result in a $50 repair fee. Depending on the extent of the damage, the original cake may not be suitable for repairs and may need to be replaced. In such instances, additional charges may apply. Please take pictures of the damage, so we can determine whether or not it can be repaired.

Policies

Order Fulfillment Policy

All orders have a 24 hour confirmation period. After the order has been confirmed there is a 3 day fulfillment period unless specified via email or text. (may change due to size of order)

Custom Cake  Policy

All inquiries/ orders must be made on the website via form or email. You can set up a consultation via email by appointment with no charge. We reserve the right to turn down an order. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for “exact” duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

 If a custom/special color is requested for your cake please  provide a physical color sample or swatch. We cannot guarantee a color match through verbal explanation or a printed picture of a color. Pictures of color swatches, cakes or dresses are not always true to color.

There is a 50% deposit that is due at the time of ordering. The remaining balance can be paid up to 30 days in advance. There is a 72-hour (3 days) cancellation period for custom cake orders from the time the order is finalized. An order has a limit of 3 days to make changes. Once the order details are finalized, we will send you an email for your review and approval.  The order must be approved within 5 days. Once the order is confirmed, we will email you a link to pay online. Once the order is approved and finalized,  our cancellation policy is in effect.


All orders must be paid in full before pickup/delivery. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 10 days of the event. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee, and will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.

Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your cake.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is an extra charge of $1.50 per mile. Delivery can be applied to orders with a minimum purchase of $45.
